Add:
 - Plugin option "limit"
 - Model Quote
 - Model Service
 - Model Industry
 - Reference fields teaserImage, headerImage, contentLeft contentRight
   and relatedReferences

Removed
 - Functional test for ReferenceProvider (comes back soon)
 - Custom cache mechanism
   (going to switch to core by using url based filter)
